Will AI do away with the need for content creators to have a high degree of product knowledge? Can an agency's new junior account manager handle more accounts now because they can rely on AI to provide them w/product knowledge when they need it? Or do past methods still have a lesson to teach us?
On more than one occasion I have made non-supportive comments regarding AI. However, as I am not a Luddite, in my real life I have been playing with AI for some time, and as you'll see in the video, one AI recently surprised me.
